Position Charter ?? Develop and execute business plan to achieve Sales Associate's business and income objectives ?? Prospect for new sales opportunities from lists provided by the company, developed by the Sales Associate or provided by third parties. o Sales opportunities will be approved by the Company for acceptance with no guarantee that acceptance of a prospect will result in a sale or contract. o The Company will provide all sales management activity necessary to convert the Prospect to a Customer. o The Company will be responsible for providing technical and business process demonstrations, configuring and pricing the Product, packaging presentation proposals and preparing contracts for accepted proposals. o All pricing and all pricing premiums and discounts are determined exclusively by the Company Principal Responsibilities ?? Provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts to management ?? Participate in scheduled sales meetings or phone calls with prospects and clients ?? Facilitate the entire sales process from prospect identification to close ?? Represent the company capably and professionally in all interactions with clients, prospects, recruited Associates or referral partners ?? Create relationships with other Sales Associate candidates for sponsorship into the sales organization Required ExperiencesCapability to develop sales channels that serve the Company's products and services. Familiarity with operational processes, analytic and ERP are the foundation of knowledge sought.Prior sales experience is desirable but not required.Experience in self managing a sales region, channel or business sector.Ability to develop relationships with C-level and senior functional management.Capability to facilitate the sales process from identification to close.
