What will you do?

Banker will be responsible for revenue generation, credit underwriting and management for the US operations of international banks

Development of sector and client plan/strategy in collaboration with Parent Relationship Managers (PAM), and Product Partners

Lead the US execution of this strategy through the delivery of value added content and solutions to client senior management, treasury, asset management and product relationships to drive revenue in strategic, sales and trading and transaction service products

Drive development of industry and client innovative content and solutions with product partners that the banker will utilize to drive a dialogue that differentiates RBC from competitors and is leveraged into improved product access and wallet share

Lead all existing and new Investment Banking and interntional portfolio lending and loan administration for bank, broker dealer, and asset management

Consistently monitor portfolio for potential risk situations and recommend mitigating steps to avoid cost, loss or reputational damage to the bank

What do you need to succeed?


10+ years of FIG relationship management in the bank and asset management space

Demonstrated credit underwriting expertise in banks and asset management sectors

Demonstrated connectivity with International Banks at senior management, treasury and asset management levels

Strong understanding of the bank and asset management business models and experience in identifying and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Strong understanding of DCM, Funding & Liquidity and Capital Markets products

Excellent written & verbal skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with bankers, product partners and clients


Master's Degree in Financeor related field


Formal credit training

Strong Exel & PowerPoint capabilities
