Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth. The Digital Marketing Lead will be the go-to person for the DISH.com work that we do. Taking on a lot of project managerial work in the spectrum of our online presence, this individual will figure out the communication strategy, handle various testing of pages, and analyze the ultimate impacts on sales, among much more! Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: Lead projects focused on customer acquisition and sales through Dish.com. Lead innovation and development of digital marketing and eCommerce programs on our website and online shopping cart for mobile and desktop visitors to deliver sales and build the DISH brand. Partner across marketing, the larger DISH organization and with partners like ESPN, FOX, AMC, NFL, HBO, Google and others to drive digital campaigns, conversion rate optimization testing and to ensure marketing campaigns are executed holistically to deliver significant market share growth. Embrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage and optimize the website marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of DISH as their entertainment provider. Leverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver website programs to maximize marketing return on investment. Strategically asses acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and implement corporate-wide programs. Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis. Skills - Experience and Requirements: A successful Digital Marketing Lead will have or be the following: Desire to win the business every single day with a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agile responsiveness. Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act quickly. Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and working experience with eCommerce, Data Management Platforms, Tag Management systems, cookie and pixel implementation online analytics tools such as Omniture, Web Trends, Google Analytics; familiarity with information technology development practices, coding and web design preferred. Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking as well as ability to effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis. Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 4-6 years experience in digital marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
