Job Duties and Responsibilities: DISH Marketing is at the center of telling our story of innovation to the consumer. From day one, you will be responsible for learning the DISH business, developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with other teams across the company and working with internal and external creative agencies. To be successful, you will need strong analytical skills, a passion for consumer and market understanding and a drive to deliver creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: Liaising between DISH's partner marketing team, our partner media agency, and digital marketing teams. Understanding a variety of digital marketing tactics (display, search, social, email) to service of creating the most efficient and synergistic media strategy for DISH in coordination with its partners. Working with DISH's partner media agency to create and maintain a suite of digital offerings. Auditing partners' online presences and providing recommendations for improvements. Coordinating with DISH's sales team to collect and understand feedback from DISH's partners, and turn this feedback into enhancements to DISH's partner marketing strategy. Skills - Experience and Requirements: A successful Digital Marketing Lead of Indirect will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act quickly. Experience with partner and brand marketing a strong plus. Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking as well as ability to effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis. Proven experience in working between several teams to drive cross-functional results. Previous experience with various facets of Digital marketing (SEO, Display, Video, Site Management, etc.)
