Job Description:

Complus is the leading provider of Parking Ticket Management solutions. Our philosophy is to provide our clients with all of the parking enforcement equipment, data security, ticket processing, collections, communications, training, expertise and ongoing support necessary to effectively manage their entire parking ticket operation.Complus is seeking an IT Support Specialist to play an integral role in Complus' mission of providing excellent customer service. Based out of our Tarrytown, NY office, the IT Support Specialist will provide first level support to all Complus clients and employees and uphold company service level standards. The IT Support Specialist position requires up to 50% travel, as needed, to various client locations across the United States.Responsibilities:* Install software and hardware as needed both in house and at client location* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connection issues for 600+ users* Coordinate travel, both locally and nationally, to perform new client installations, existing client equipment upgrades, maintenance visits, etc.* Prepare computers and mobile devices for new client installations* Train clients on the use of proprietary software running on mobile devices* Maintain & replenish hardware and software inventory* Written and verbal communication/documentation of work activities and work processes* Utilize service desk request tracking system to receive, analyze, resolve and close user requests* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in personQualifications* Customer service and technical support desk background preferred* 3+ years troubleshooting PCs hands on and remotely* Strong communication and problem solving skills* Attention to detail and follow through is a must* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple support issues simultaneously and efficiently* Team player and excellent interpersonal skills* Exposure to supporting mobile devices (Android, iOS, Windows CE) preferred* CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ a plus* Working knowledge of Citrix and Networking a plusSalary commensurate with experience.
