Position Description Provide leadership and a passion for the discipline of organic and paid search with a desire for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organic and paid strategies, social-search processes, analytics, a clear history of exceeding client goals and campaign KPIs. This individual will manage all aspects of client search marketing programs in the daily execution of all search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, as well as contributing to new product offerings. Account / Category Management Provide strategic management and execution of SEO and SEM campaigns including PPC and other lead generation programs including complete management of paid search campaigns against defined success metrics; Responsible for planning, developing keyword lists and text creative, implementation, optimization and performance analysis Manage relationships with search engine vendors and other third parties Provide thought leadership in content-building strategies Provide analysis, QA and insights for monthly reports and work closely with Mason Account Managers for campaign alignment with client goals Provide recommendations for and implement other search strategies such as video marketing and link building Manage interactive search marketing team with a focus on development and education of associates including point-of-view (POV) summaries for industry topics, best practices or new online marketing opportunities Work closely with new business managers in developing campaign project proposals and scope definition Skills/Experience Required 5+ years of experience in organic and paid search engine marketing Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business Strong data analytics and strategy background Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork Excellent interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to work as member of a team Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficient in HTML, Google Analytics, Insights and Webmaster Tools High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Google Analytics and AdWords certifications preferred
