WESTCHESTER FIRM SEEKING AP/EXPENSE CLERK ABOUT THE FIRM Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP is a high-profile national law firm with offices located throughout the United States. Please refer to our website at to learn more about the firm. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Armonk office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP is currently seeking an entry level AP/Expense Clerk. Applicants should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Applicants must have experience in accounts payable or a degree in accounting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) Review invoices and expense reports for proper documentation and approvals; Coding, inputting and posting of Accounts Payable vouchers and expense reports; Assist with Month-End closing; Assist with various projects as assigned; Research and pull back-up upon request for Firm clients; General administrative tasks as required. Candidates must be available to work overtime, if needed. Please note there is no public transportation available in this area.
