JDS operates a nutritional ingredient business, Nutrition 21, that markets high quality proprietary ingredients to more than 150 companies worldwide. JDS Woman's Health Division employs over 30 sales representatives nationwide that call on gynecologists and market Relizen and Serenol. The successful candidate will work well in cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and finance. The job includes building financial models and projections as well as collecting, analyzing and reporting data across the businesses, with a concentration on salesforce analytics. A candidate must be able to communicate clearly and translate financial and non- financial data into value added business information to enable the business to better identify growth opportunities and optimize sales activity and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: ?? Collect, analyze and report data on the activities of the JDS Woman's Health field force, web and social media activity including Google Analytics (SQL Server Database) ?? Develop and monitor revenue forecast models to guide executive management on performance ?? Work closely with mobile application software (Roambi) to publish updated data and reports for distribution across management and sales teams ?? Analyze the performance of the field sales force through various KPIs ?? Develop Incentive Compensation Plans and sales goals to drive field salesforce to exceed company goals ?? Create weekly analytic reports based on the above analysis and present weekly insights to executive management team ?? Analyze and create new territories across the nation as JDS continues to grow the field sales force ?? Work with customer experience team utilizing Salesforce CRM to analyze customer data and identify ways to increase customer participation and retention ?? Develop financial plans and analysis for projects and link them to the strategic objectives ?? Assist in the preparation of the company's long range strategic planning financial models ?? Prepare analysis, insights/commentary and presentation material for monthly and quarterly management and board meetings. Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, mathematics or finance. A relevant masters or MBA preferred. • 5-10 years: Experience in finance and analytics; preferably in pharmaceuticals or with a salesforce. • Experience performing complex strategic, financial and market research analytics. • Demonstrated proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite(especially Excel advanced functions), basic web development skills (HTML5), understanding of SQL Server is a plus.
