Job Description:

Construction Photographer
I. Position Available:
Multivista is seeking an experienced Construction Photographer for its Armonk New York office servicing Connecticut and Westchester. As a member of the Multivista team, your duties may include:
• Performing photographic documentation on commercial and residential construction sites
• Coordinating with third-party project personnel
• Managing project schedules
• Organizing construction drawings or CAD files
• Position is full time
II. Desired Work History or Experience:
The typical candidate is a current or former field superintendent, surveyor, skilled labor or in a civil trade.
• Photography experience preferable, but not necessary
• Knowledge of construction terminology
• Ability to read and discern blueprints and construction drawings
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Career-oriented team player
• Computer proficient
• Ability to work alone
• Must have own reliable vehicle

IV. Requirements:
Education:
High School or equivalent required
Experience:
• At least two years of experience within the construction industry
• On-site experience highly preferred
• Photography experience a plus but NOT required, training will be provided
• Computer proficiency a must; AutoCAD, Illustrator and Word, or equivalents, highly preferred.
• MUST have clean driving record and reliable transportation for site visits (Federal rate per mile compensation)
• Ability to read and discern blueprints, construction drawings and other construction documents
• OSHA certification preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
