The Attendant will be responsible for providing consistently high levels of service to all Members and guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Circulate throughout the spa to ensure all guests are happy, and assist them when necessary.
Focus on the client's area of concern during visit ensuring that the Lounge area is clean and tidy at all times (both upstairs and downstairs). This includes making sure the glass stairway is clean and dry at all time; and the general appearance of the Spa is well kept.
Assist at the front when necessary, taking calls and answering any questions.
Maintain/Stock coffee and juice stations with all necessary items. This also involves taking the dirty dishes to the hotel kitchen, and retrieving clean ones from there.
Make coffee from time to time when necessary in the downstairs and upstairs lounge.
Ensure client robes are stocked in all 3 locker rooms.
Ensure client towels and linens are replenished and well stocked in the locker rooms and treatment rooms. This involves taking the laundry down to the hotel laundry, and retrieving it from the laundry.
Assist with food service - including taking orders and delivering food, and cleaning up food areas when clients are finished eating.
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are adhered to.
High school or equivalent
Cleaning: 1 year
We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.
