Executive Assistant - Client Services

Well-established, centrally-located private financial services firm with record of growth and stability is looking for an executive assistant to help the Founder and Managing Partner with day-to-day operations. You will be the anchor of the office as the first person who will engage clients on the phone and in person.

  • Manage calls, emails, mail
  • Greet clients and assist with account setup
  • Schedule appointments; set up meetings
  • Create meeting summary letters
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Heavy client services responsibilities. Reasonable 40-45 hour work week. Small, intimate and great team spirit. Quick hire.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance preferred. Related financial services / client services experience. Gracious, engaging personality with high social intelligence. Articulate, presentable corporate image, and poised. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Google calendar. Be a forward thinker with strong attention to detail and follow up. Strong verbal and written communication, and a sense of humor.
