Our clients execute a significant number of multi market tours for Fortune 500 clients of a variety of different businesses simultaneously. The responsibilities of this specific position are as follows


  • Participation with an extended team on the planning and development of the event and optimal structure to meet objectives of program
  • Responsibility for development and on-going management of the budget for total program and individual program elements in partnership with account lead
  • Responsibility for management of outside staffing agencies and freelance staff directly and training of staff (including development of training manuals)
  • Responsibility to secure approvals at potential locations ( stores, supermarkets where activity will be taking place)
  • Development of event schedules and routing
  • On site management of staff when applicable
  • Procurement of all necessary permits for event activation
  • Development of creative development and production timelines
  • Familarity with print, display and premium vendors to secure options, pricing, timing,
  • Work with shipping/storage companies to ensure delivery and storage event materials
  • Responsible for booking staffing travel when applicable
  • Ongoing collaboration with account team and client leads
  • Identify relevant sponsorships for partnership to optimize execution of events and manage contracting with respective partners in partnership with account lead
  • Secure client approvals for event related aspects of the program in partnership with account lead
  • Work with media outlets (e.g. radio) as needed Key member of client relationship management team given the integral role of events in the client’s business
  • Up to 30% travel
  • Minimum of 5 years experience on the Agency side
  • Strong leadership skills easily recognized by past performance
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in Managing  large number  of  events simultaneously
  • Experience managing teams/direct-reports and accounts
  • Strong hands-on attitude
  • Ability to effectively interact with management at all levels
  • Must be willing to meet requirement of 15-20% overnight travel
  • Experience in consumer telecommunications is a plus
  • Experience working with third party, retailers is a plus
