Full Time is looking for a Manager to join its Search Engine Marketing & Analytics team. The individual will report directly to the Director of SEM and serve as an integral member of a small, highly motivated team dedicated to driving SEM forward, relying on solid, analytics-driven reasoning, advocating for SEM throughout the company, and managing partner relationships.As one of Google, Bing, and Yahoo's top global advertisers, we partner closely with dedicated teams to test cutting-edge technology before it becomes available to the general public. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and embody the drive and skill set necessary to hit the ground running as an innovator, operations manager, and analytics thought leader. They will ideally have 4+ years of experience managing large-scale SEM, and a solid analytics background (statistics expertise a big plus). As a manager on's SEM team, you will: * manage day-to-day SEM operations * perform ad-hoc analyses having immediate business impact, including troubleshooting and fault-finding* conduct performance analytics identifying business gaps and opportunities.* plan and execute tests (e.g., landing page tests, bidding tests, etc.).* manage campaigns in Google, Bing and Yahoo's SEM platforms.* work closely with our dedicated teams at Google, Bing, and Yahoo to drive new projects forward and spearhead beta initiatives.* lead automation efforts (reporting, bidding algorithms) and tool development. * advocate for SEM internally with teams across the business (e.g., front end, database engineering, etc.).  Strong analytical skills are a requirement for this position, including a background in statistics, analytics, and data-wrangling. Strong SQL experience is preferred.
