Our client is seeking to hire an accounts payable associate into their growing finance team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, analytical, and quick to learn new responsibilities and systems. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preping invoices and expense reports 
  • Resolving discrepancies with clients and departments or individuals throughout the firm
  • Assertively facilitate cross-department approval of project related invoices
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously surface inefficiencies
  •  Aiding in a variety of projects, and change initiatives as needed

Position Requirements:

  • College degree 
  • 0-3 years relevant experience
  • Computer Saavy with proficiency in Excel & Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service mentality
  • Organized and agile
  • Interpersonal Skills

Salary/Hourly pay: DOE
