The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing client and sub-contractor agreements and billing monthly contracts and completed projects.
Position will be responsible for maintaining job and customer records and entering data for new projects.
Responsible for renewing contracts, creating addendums and preparing requests for proposals.
Maintain computerized files for each contract. Initiate the renewal process
Maintain payment schedules, invoice clients and make collection calls
Answer telephones and prepare and process outgoing mail
Compose correspondence as needed
Detail oriented professional who can multi-task and prioritize
Self-starter and deadline oriented
2 years administrative experience in fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
High school diploma
