Large Norwalk, CT based corporation looking to hire a Temp to Perm Administrative Supervisor/Office Manager Perm salary is up to 80k Administrative Services Supervisor/Office Manager Must have advanced MS Office skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook This person will support the director of Administrative Services with a variety of administrative tasks Responsible for daily Coordination of activities of office services, often including overseeing reproduction equipment maintenance, mail and distribution, telephone/PBX, messanger and kitchens. Schedules and coordinates projects and handles special assignments from management. Supports the Director of Administrative Services with all administrative duties Duties: Assistant with in house workflow of administrative assistant staff Maintain office equipment and schedules repairs Supervise facilities coordinator Complete special projects, including PowerPoint Presentations Prepare and process purchase/work order requests and expense reports Direct responsibility for corporate stationary ordering and inventory Meeting scheduling (onsite and remote), preparation of meeting materials and agenda preparation Update online services and training pertaining to administrative staff Assist with Business continuity planning Assist with building maintenance issues and general office/equipment issues Assist with office renovations Oversee warehouse requests New Hire orientation pertaining to administrative functions Assist with corporate event planning Lotus Notes training and updates with administrative staff (i.e. electronic conference room scheduling) Requirements: High school diploma Bachelors Degree preferred 5+ year of experience Self-motivated and detail oriented Strong organizational, oral and written communications skills Ability to prioritize workflow and perform as a team player Ability to manage Multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a daily basis Excellent Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
