This position will provide financial planning and analysis support to Events Operations team. The Financial Planning team is group is looking for a 4th member for their team to provide expense tracking and reconciliation for approx. 30-40 events. Excel testing will be required. Must be adept at advanced excel, pivot tables, sorting data, formula generation and ability to distinguish what's wrong in a formula to correct it. The person must be detail oriented, analytical, critical thinker, and have the ability to identify outliers in reporting. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of experience. The data that they are reporting must be accurate so attention to detail and ability to double check work prior to submitting is imperative. Bachelors degree required. Hours 8-5 pm

Responsibilities
Provide day to day expense management assistance to the global team, to include:
1. Budget Reconciliation
a. Monthly processing of GLs and updating of expense templates to match GL
b. Resolving errors on GLs – incl. liaison with Accounting and Event Manager
c. Help identify spare funds for re-investment
d. Processing reclasses and chargebacks where required, adhering to policies
e. Assist with budget closing, ensuring expense template matches GL and where expenses are not yet processed, work with the team to submit accruals
2. Help the business be more predictable in expense management
a. Provide monthly travel analysis
