Customer Success Manager

The McIntyre Group is working with a growing international software technology and manufacturing company who is seeking a customer success manager to join their team. This company provides a great corporate environment located in the greater New Haven, CT area. The ideal candidate will not only provide outstanding support to clients but also to the Director of Sales. The customer success manager will be responsible for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction, and retention within assigned account or sales division.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding or cross-selling products
  • Provide administrative support to outside sales team members and Management
  • Conduct customer experience surveys and perform same-day delivery/set-up calls
  • Achieve revenue and client retention goals
  • Occasionally process orders or provide backup to the sales support specialist
  • Interface with web development team as it relates to the ordering website

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of professional experience with at least 4 years in client services
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Proven success working in a fast paced, dynamic, and creative environment with a growing company
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Prior experience working for an electronics manufacturer or a company in the technology space
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM
  • Process driven, good attention to detail and has a ‘gets things done’ mentality
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience building websites or working in HTML are a benefit, but not required
