Administrative Assistant

The McIntyre Group is always recruiting for administrative assistants for various temporary and temp to hire opportunities in the greater Danbury, CT area.   • All administrative functions; including answering and directing calls, maintaining calendars/conferences, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist on special projects in all departments as needed
  • Support project managers and assist with general office duties including ordering supplies, organization, and filing confidential documents


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 or more years of corporate administrative or front desk experience in a fast paced office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to multitask
